For those straight yet voluminous styles, a round hair brush is the tool for you. Ideal for creating body while blow drying your hair, these brushes come in different diameters – and the bigger the barrel, the straighter the look. To get those soft, romantic styles that are oh-so-perfect for spring, use a smaller barrel with ceramic material to mold hair into shiny, bouncy curls.
Elchim’s round thermal brushes are made with ultra-light, anti-stress materials that make the brush easy to use for longer periods of time – take note ladies with long locks! The specially curved nylon bristles secure hair in place and create added resistance for a sleeker result, while the surface is made with a special combination of ceramic and titanium oxide surfaces that make this professional grade brush more effective and easier to use overall.
Start in the shower with a shampoo and conditioner that introduces extra volume to roots. After towel drying hair, spray roots with an additional root lifter for extra volume, or rub a small amount of mousse through the mid length of hair while still damp. Comb products into hair for even distribution.
Using your favorite Elchim blow dryer, power dry your hair until it’s 80-90% dry to save time and prevent damage to delicate follicles. Then part hair into three sections and clip it securely out of the way.
Using your Elchim Thermal Brush, start at the nape of your neck and wrap small sections of hair around the brush. Keeping the tension tight, roll the brush out and down while focusing the air flow down the length of hair away from your scalp. Remember: the smaller the barrel is on the brush, the bigger the volume will be in the end.
Once you reach the sections of hair at the crown of your head, create loose curls by rolling the hair on the round brush, and heating it up to create the shape. Before unrolling hair again, blast it with cool air to set the style, then gently unwrap hair in a spiral twist.
Spray full length of hair with a light setting mist before flipping your head upside down. Gently shake hair before flipping it back up right. Spray again lightly to smooth the shape and introduce extra hold to the style.
